Wickid Inc Refunds ("Policy")

This Refund Policy (this “Policy”) is between Wickid Inc(“Wickid Inc”) and the person (individual or legal person) whose signs the Wickid Inc service order and set up form (the “Order”) incorporating this Policy by reference (“Client”). This Policy governs Client’s use of Wickid Inc’s services.


The following policy is part of our global Terms of Service that each client must agree to prior to receiving service from Wickid Inc.


All payments to Wickid Inc are non-refundable except for the first payment that falls under our thirty (30) day money-back guarantee. All services are applicable to our 30 day money-back guarantee.


The money-back guarantee is not valid if there are any Terms of Service violations.


All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the error occurring to be eligible for refund.


Refunds are not given in the event the client does not follow proper procedures for service cancellation.


If a dispute is opened with a Payment Processor (Credit Card Company, Paypal, etc), the client is no longer eligible for a refund directly through Wickid Inc
